We understand that if clothing doesn’t fit, the item can be easily returned.
Our customer service policy is to ensure you’re 100% happy with your purchase, and as such our Refund Policy is as follows:
- An exchange, credit or refund can be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, incorrectly supplied or different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to.
- We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong selection, however, we will provide a credit note or exchange to another item.
- All refunds must be applied for within 20 days of receipt of your clothing. Please inspect the purchase thoroughly prior to disposing of any packaging or removal of labels.
- Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were sent, including having all original tags and packaging. If they arrive back with us in a damaged condition, and/or without original tags attached, we will not be able to issue a refund.
To proceed the return:
- Repackage items in the original shipping box
- Complete the return form and place it in the box
- Seal the box securely
- Ship your package using secure method with possibility to track the shipment
- Your return will be proceed within 7 business days after we receive the package
We may be able to cancel your order in case it hasn't been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible and we will advise if cancellation is possible.
