Friendly City uses Courier delivery for all our orders.
We have flat rate $9.95 delivery fee within Australia regardless of the number of purchased items. Seriously, Flat-Rate $9.95 Shipping! Add more items for no additional shipping charge. So you will always know how much you pay to receive your order from Friendly City Kids wear.
Delivery to New Zealand costs $16. We can also ship items worldwide. Please contact us for further information about shipping rates and delivery time.
Delivery price will be added at check-out on top of the item price displayed on the website.
Once we receive your order it will be processed within at latest 24 hours if placed on a normal business day. Delivery to all areas in Australia is within 2-7 days, and between 7-15 days to New Zealand, however these delivery times are an estimate only as we use a third party supplier (Australia post) for all deliveries. Friendly City cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Friendly City does not take responsibility for incorrect information provided at checkout. If an item is sent to an incorrect address because of user error, Friendly City is not obliged to re-send the item to an alternate address at our expense. Friendly City will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery as all deliveries are handled by Australia Post. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place. We will always do our best to investigate any missing or lost parcels with Australia Post on your behalf and do everything in our power to remedy the situation.
In cases where you have provided authority to leave a parcel without your signature, Friendly City shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused. Friendly City absolves all risk from the point that the parcel/s arrive at your nominated delivery address.
